1. Payment must be received within 3 to 5 days unless other arrangements are made.
2. If payment has not been received in the alloted amount of time, the item will be listed again.
3. If payments are made via money order, cashier's check or personal check, there will be a 5 to 7 day waiting period before the item is shipped to verify that funds are available.
4. Returns will be accepted but the buyer has to pay return shipping and handling.
5. Money for returned items will not be refunded until item has been recieved by seller and condition is the same as when it was mailed by the seller.
6. Shipping and handling will always be the cheapest unless buyer requests an upgrade and is willing to pay for the upgrade.
